Between 2015 to 2016 and 2025 to 2026, Gloucester has seen a 3.9% cash reduction in Core Spending Power, the Government’s own measure of council funding
Councillors Jeremy Hilton and Angela Conder are part of the Liberal Democrat team representing Kingsholm & Wotton.
Jeremy was born, educated and works in Gloucester and has represented the Kingsholm area for many years. He is the leader of the council and is also the county councillor for Kingsholm and Wotton. He is standing for re-election in May 2025.
Angela Conder, who lives in Kingsholm, is a former local government officer and librarian and has lived in Gloucester for 23 years.
A supporter of Friends of the Earth and National Trust, she has a passion for the urban and environmental issues.
