WORK DELAYED TO OXSTALLS LANE/CHELTENHAM ROAD JUNCTION

The construction of the new junction, which was due to begin at the end of January, has been delayed.
A delay in agreeing various legal agreements between the council and the university has prevented contractors from starting the work.
