Thank you Hucclecote surgery

Many of us joined in the Thursday evening 'Clap for our Carers' in appreciation of the wonderful work carried out by NHS staff and other front line care workers.

Councillor David Brown, who is chair of the Hucclecote surgery patient participation group, wrote to the surgery putting on record his appreciation for their work from day one of the lockdown.

The practice manager has said the surgery "has implemented new ways of working and introduced more telephone consultations and video consultations. We are triaging (by phone) anyone who needs to see a GP and then the GP will invite them in to the surgery if they feel the need."
