Joshua Hanley joins the Spotlight team

Long-time Tuffley resident Joshua Hanley has joined the Lib Dem team in the ward.

The father-of-one, who grew up in Tuffley and attended local schools, now lives on Grange Road with his family.

He works locally and in his spare time is a sports coach.
