Green Lane resurfacing work put back to late September!

Following pressure from a local resident and David Brown, Gloucestershire Highways (GH) scheduled the Green Lane resurfacing work to be completed by the end of June.

It has now been confirmed that the work has had to be delayed for a number of reasons beyond the control of GH.

However, this is good news for Kingscroft Road as the delay has provided the opportunity for the resurfacing work needed near to the junction with Green Lane - which David has been pushing for - can be included in the same project.

The combined project has provisionally been set to commence 26th September and is likely to last 6 days. David has been told that local residents will receive confirmation by letter 2 weeks ahead of the firm date.
