David & Declan say Thank You!

As you may already be aware, both David Brown and Declan Wilson were elected to represent Hucclecote at the recent elections in May.

A delighted David told Spotlight, "Thank you to all those who supported me. I feel extremely honoured that the residents of Hucclecote have once again put their trust in me to represent them on the city council for the next four years."

"Over the years I have met many residents of Hucclecote and have always found people to be welcoming and friendly. I promise to continue to campaign hard for the improvements we all want to see in our area and to do my best to bring them about."

An equally delighted Declan told Spotlight that he was "thrilled to be back" after the setback of not winning in 2015. He added, "the mood on the doorstep was very positive this year. There is definitely a feeling of optimism about what we can achieve locally when we all work together. The next few years are going to be very challenging and we will do our best to ensure that we get the best outcomes both for our area and city.
