Between 2015 to 2016 and 2025 to 2026, Gloucester has seen a 3.9% cash reduction in Core Spending Power, the Government’s own measure of council funding
Councillors Anne Radley and Vicky Norledge are part of the Liberal Democrat team in Elmbridge Ward.
Anne is an Elmbridge resident and has lived in the Swallow Park and the Elmbridge areas for nearly 20 years.
She has worked in the education sector and is currently caring for her young daughter. Anne is an allotment gardener and is a former chair of the Elmscroft Community Association.
Vicky Norledge lives in Elmbridge and works as a secondary school teacher. She was first elected in May 2024.
County Councillor Jeremy Hilton represents the southern half of the Elmbridge area and is re-standing for election in May 2025.
